Our History

Educate Facilitate Consulting Services was founded with a core purpose of helping others build capacity to effectively identify and reach their goals. ​Our process has been developed based on knowledge and experience of growing trends and issues in:​
  • Adult education (e.g., design/delivery/evaluation, online & blended learning)
  • Facilitation (e.g., leadership, group facilitation, virtual teams)
  • Health services (e.g., community, healthcare, mental health, social)
  • Knowledge mobilization (e.g, communications, knowledge transfer, social media)
  • Positivity (e.g., appreciative inquiry, positive psychology)

Our Founder - Megan Primeau

Megan's expertise comes from over 15 years of working in health fields, where she has facilitated the design, delivery, and evaluation of education and knowledge transfer initiatives across Ontario.
